We are now in our second year of Spanish Management helping us to look after our Villa. Our absences have been longer than anticipated and there is great peace of mind in knowing that they are there to check on it, care for it and deal with any unexpected problems (and there have been some!). During Autumn 2013 Rob and John refitted a bathroom at our home. This involved electrics, plumbing and general building work. As part of the service, Rob met us Leroy Merlin in Malaga to help choose the units and arranged to collect and deliver them to the house.
Throughout the build they were friendly, reliable, professional and thorough with a high quality of workmanship. The work was also quoted and completed on time at a fair price.

“Tina´s house was a home from home. We had everything we needed for our stay. The house is larger than we expected from the photos and the views across the valley from the front terrace are beautiful. The pool area was great for relaxing or playing in the pool. When selling a house it comes down to the owner being given a realistic valuation, and ensuring the agent you choose knows their stuff.
