This beautiful 3 bed villa  in LOS KIKOS with stunning views to the mountains and countryside, dip in the pool or perhaps take a walk and discover the wildlife and plants of Andalucía this villa has everything you need.

Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.  There is a large lounge with Pellet burner. Outside there is plenty of space to sit back with both open and covered terraces with views to LA MAROMA. There is double doors from  the living room looking out to the pool and sitting area.

The private pool is a salt pool which can be heated with an extra charge.

This property is a 5 mins drive to the local shops in Puente don Manuel and near to Vinuela where there is plenty bars, restaurants and supermarkets between both villages.

Location:

30 Minutes to the coast/mountain walking/Major cities and airports of Malaga and Granada 40-60 minutes, 1.25 hours to Sierra Nevada Ski Resort and restaurants 2 mins walk.

• 50% In Advance

• 50% 1 Month Prior To Holiday

• (All To Be Paid In Euro’s At That Days Exchange Rate)

• With the exception of Easter, October half term and Christmas when there is a 50 euros excess charge.

  These prices are for 6 people occupancy.

Additional charges: 

• Laundry – 10 €/person

• Cleaning – 70€

• Heated on pool 120 euros

• (If required, interim changes of linen and cleans can be carried out at extra cost.)

• To be paid in Euros on collection of keys.

• Other additional charges for welcome packs, transport etc., to be discussed personally.

• Other items can be hired, ie., cots, car seats etc.
