The lower level consists of the open plan fully fitted kitchen with living space. Double bedroom with small patio to the side and bathroom with bath/shower over.
The upper level has a studio type room with sofa bed, office area, shower room and a terrace off.
Stairs lead up to the roof terrace above.
Moclinejo is a beautiful white mountain village renowned for its wine and ferias. Sitting just 10 kms from the coast, closes to Benagalbon and Rincon de La Victoria. There is a village pool which is excellent , just 2 mins walk with a bar/shop and childrens pool.
This is the perfect base for hiking and trail running. The start of the Gran Senda is 700m from the house. Walk up Calle el Chorro to the main road, cross the main road and there will be a sign for the start of the Gran Senda. Another 700m up to the highest point of the trail will reward you with views of the whole of the Axarquia coastline from Torox to Torremolinos. On clear days you can also see Gibraltar and the Atlas Mountains in Africa. From here you can walk the Gran senda (7km) down to Rincon de la Victoria where there are loads of lovely cafes and Chiringuitos on the beach and the beautiful tunnels through to La Cala. Our favourite café is Alma Playa, turn left and walk 50m along the beach from the end of the walking route.
