The villa is spacious, light and airy with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps 8 people, a large comfortable sitting room with full Sky TV, DVD player and a log fireplace with patio doors leading out to the pool. The well equipped kitchen/diner has French doors and patio doors also leading to the terrace and the 10 x 6m heated pool with Roman steps.
Location:
20 Minutes to the coast/mountain walking/Major cities and airports of Malaga and Granada 40-60 minutes, 1.25 hours to Sierra Nevada Ski Resort and restaurants 2 mins walk.

Schedule Of Payments
- 50% To be paid when booking
- Balance to be paid 1 Month prior to arrival
- Electricity consumption, meter is read on arrival and departure, you have 35 euros per week consumption included in price, if you go over this amount, it is charged extra @ 0.35 cent per unit.
- Please apply for prices for Easter.
- A 300€ damage deposit is required 1 month prior to booking and refunded after the villa has been checked for damage etc.
Additional charges:
- Laundry – 12 €/person
- Cleaning – 90€
- (If required, interim changes of linen and cleans can be carried out at extra cost.)
- To be paid in Euros on collection of keys.
- Other additional charges for welcome packs, transport etc., to be discussed personally.
- Other items can be hired, ie., cots, car seats etc.
