The villa is very well equipped for families and couples alike with covered areas and built in BBQ. Toys for the children, fitted kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher.  Close to all amenities and 20 mins from the beach, but just 5 mins from the lovely lake Vinuela.

• Cleaning – 70€
• Electricity consumption, meter is read on arrival and departure, you have 50 euros per week consumption included in price, if you go over this amount, it is charged extra @ 0.35 cent per unit.
• (If required, interim changes of linen and cleans can be carried out at extra cost.)
• To be paid in Euros on collection of keys.
• Other additional charges for welcome packs, transport etc., to be discussed personally.

We were 2 couples with 2 children each (8/6/5 and 2 years old). The house is ideal for 2 families each has its space and its intimacy thanks to the insulation between the floor and the bottom (moreover the house is very well equipped it lacks nothing! Tableware, anti mosquito household products ….) The garden with the pool is just beautiful the olive trees make us shade at any time of the day. The owners have thought of children with many inflatable games for the pool and for the beach you have nothing to plan, crates of toys … the paradise of children! The location 4 kms from Alcaucin is very good village is beautiful and we fell during the feria a great time spent with the spanish, what a mood! We are 15 minutes from the sea of ​​Torre del mar city very nice. We have fond memories and could come back for a new stay. Thank you for this welcome in Andalucia
