This house is a perfect holiday home and walking distance to bars and restaurants in the pretty village of Alcaucin.
Close to the national park it is also great for walking and exploring. The beach is a 20 min drive and offers amazing choice for more bars and restaurants . The house itself provides a real home from home with every comfort to make sure your stay is memorable. The views from all the rooms are amazing and the evening sunset spectacular.

The pool area is a suntrap and many happy hours will be enjoyed, we will sure you and want to return.

Additional charges: 

• Laundry – 12 €/person
• Cleaning – 90€
• Electricity consumption, meter is read on arrival and departure, you have 50 euros per week consumption included in price, if you go over this amount, it is charged extra @ 0.35 cent per unit.
• (If required, interim changes of linen and cleans can be carried out at extra cost.)
• To be paid in Euros on collection of keys.
• Other additional charges for welcome packs, transport etc., to be discussed personally.
• Other items can be hired, ie., cots, car seats etc.
